We offer 32 spacious 12’ x 68’ concrete pull-thru sites.  Six of these have an extra patio. In addition, we offer 20 large 30’ wide back-in sites that can handle any 45’ camper.  We have also just expanded. We now have an additional 17 back in spaces on concrete and 15 new pull thru sites on concrete. All of the new sites are 15' x 68'. All monthly sites are full hookups.

Our current monthly rate is $695 plus tax.

The monthly rate includes sewer, water and electric only.

Cable and WiFi are available at no extra cost.

RV's must be a newer model and in good condition.  We may request recent photos of all four sides of your RV.  We reserve the right to deny any RV that we determine to be in unacceptable condition according to our own criteria. We are no longer accepting FEMA type trailers.

The monthly rate is for your immediate family only: 2 adults and children. Only 1 additional adult family member will be allowed on a long term basis (ie, not visiting) and an additional $2 will be added to your rent for each day they are in the camper. 

Only 1 additional adult (non-family) may stay with you long-term. He/She must register at the office and will result in an additional fee of $10/day. 

When you’re getting close to your departure date, you can pay the weekly or daily rates plus 5% tax.
